? 6 September 2011 Nine Telecom Group has announced acquisition of Dataflow Communications. The acquisition is targeted at replacing the Billie billing platform that Nine Telecom received through the acquisition of Club Communications in 2009. Nine Telecom is a subsidiary of Nine Telecom Group; the company delivers technologies such as VoIP and outbound call recording and business mobile for telecoms customer; Dataflow Communications offers managed billing services. According to the CEO of Nine Telecom, the Billie platform was not suitable anymore to provide the functionality that the company sees as important for the future. Therefore, the company had choice between starting from the beginning and building a new service, or finding a product in the marketplace to purchase. With Dataflow and their web-based Cascade billing service, the company has found the right platform for resellers. Under the terms of the agreement, all Dataflow staff will stay. Back to All news ?
